Our springbreak was spent at home this year!  We enjoyed our first meal together in our someday dining room!  Went for a long walk and ventured into the Hope cemetery just down the road from our property.  Can you believe we found a grave where the person was born in 1750!!!  I couldn't believe it!

First Food and Drink on our land

It was a little chilly that evening, but a good time was had by all!

Land Purchased!

On January 12, 2012 we closed on 9.3 acres of land in Texas Township.  The land is located just outside our current neighborhood.  We have looked for property for many years and have been disappointed when land deals have fallen through.  Good is the enemy of best, and the Lord knew best for our family and has blessed us with this land.  


Our current house is listed and we are finishing up the construction drawings for our new home.  This next year will involve many changes for our family.  I hope to blog the journey.  We'll see if I keep it up!
